Clemens Rinnebach took over the project management for the optimization of strategic procurement. The project included functional strategy, process management & reorganization, supply-resilience, risk management, contract management as well compliance-management.
- Special achievement: Project implementation in the geographical scope Europe, USA, Latin America
Emarticon took on the task of using digitization to achieve a significant increase in the performance of the procurement function.
